ABOUT JANICE WITTWER FINE ARTS
Hi, I’m Janice Wittwer, and I have been a watercolor artist for at least 40 years. I chose watercolor because I just love the way the colors blend and layer and flow with a mind of their own. This is not the media for those with control issues, I have found. It’s been a struggle to let the colors rule, but well worth the effort.
This site is a little showcase of my efforts, to be shared and enjoyed. I am not skilled at marketing, and my friends and family all know that I don’t like to part with my “babies”. Well, maybe……to a good home. ENJOY!
STUDIO UPDATE
The studio is all done and I have moved in. It's a wonderful place to spark my creativity and provide solace. My haven to create. Do come visit as I always welcome friends and artists.
MR. ROOSTER HAS ATTITUDE!
This was a lot of fun. A friend requested that I paint a rooster for an exhibit. He just showed up through my brush and took over! He now lives with my friend Julie.
